It’s a subtype of Diarrhoea. There is nothing to worry about, only if you don’t get loose motions frequently. Loose Motions occur twice-thrice a year having loss of water content from body (Dehydration). Diarrhea is a case wherein, the bowel movements or the stools are loose and watery and this occurs twice-thrice per day, this is serious then! Loose motion is a condition where the person suffers from a frequent passage of loose and watery stools resulting into abdominal pain, stomach pain, and loss of appetite, weakness and dehydration. Home Remedies to get rid of Loose Stomach
1.Fenugreek Seeds and Buttermilk
Soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water for a couple of hours and chew them properly along with a glass of buttermilk. You can drink buttermilk 2-3 times a day. It will not only kill germs but also helps in providing you much needed fluid in the body.
Our favorite beverage black tea is also a great remedy for loose motions. You can either drink tea itself or you can swallow a teaspoon of black tea with plain water. It helps in reducing loose motion.
Consume curd as much as you can during loose motions. Curd contains gut friendly bacteria which help in balancing the good and bad bacteria balance in the intestines and restoring health.
Bitter gourd Juice If you can bear with the bitterness of bitter gourd juice then you will be glad to know that it is a good remedy for loos emotions. Take two bitter gourds and extract their juice. Drink up for hydrating body and stopping loose emotions.

There are many such ingredients like honey, papaya seeds, raisins, coriander leaves, basil leaves, guava leaves, curry leaves, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, pomegranate seeds.

Foods to avoid
Doctors usually recommend following your regular diet with few cautionary measures:
Avoid dairy products such as cheese, heavy cream, butter and ice cream. These may irritate your bowels worsening diarrhoea. Lactose intolerant patients may also want to seek milk substitutes such as soymilk or almond milk for diarrhoea induced by lactose.
Spicy, greasy, fried foods can trigger bowel irritation and prolong diarrhoea.
Processed foods made from refined flour, high amounts of added sugars such as cakes, donuts, pastries and pizza dough worsen diarrhoea.
Foods that can aggravate diarrhoea include raw vegetables, red meat and fruits that have high amounts of fiber such as citrus fruits.
Alcoholic beverages, carbonated and caffeinated drinks such as sodas, colas, coffee and strong tea may aggravate symptoms of diarrhoea.
Some foods may cause bloating or gas such as whole grain breads and cereals, nuts, vegetables such as onions, beans, cabbage, peas, broccoli and cauliflower. Avoid these until you have recovered.
However avoid the juices which have the laxative effect like apple juice. Avoid having milk, cheese, tea and coffee. Also avoid heavy masalader foods, salty foods and mithai’s. Also avoid high fiber foods like oatmeal. Take enough rest during this period in order to recover fast
