Do you listen to songs? Obviously, everyone listens and likes it to hear, even though he is a strict and rude guy, at a certain point of his life, he likes it and enjoys it. Different people have different interests in music as per their likes and dislikes. I may like rock music but my dad likes the old classical songs. After all, we both like is a song, let be old or new. Songs are been sung from back generations and still now. It unites our mind and soul and an internal peace is received. Even I have experienced, you know when I am disturbed, I just sit quite and listen to music and I feel a miracle at the next moment that I am totally ok. What a power it has, I feel sometimes. It’s funny though I say to me sometimes that you don’t listen to me but you listen to music. See what a healing power and a power to refresh your brain it has in itself. Even during the age of kings the famous singers were rewarded with high prestige and even now they are rewarded. Singing has really good demand for.

There are many kinds of songs like the classical, rock band and many of such types. Each caste, religion, language has its own kind of singing and it only depends on the people, which kind of music they like and the people opt to that music only. It has a song to make you emotional and also to make you hyper active. If you are a master in singing then you can control the person’s emotion with help of your song.

There are different reasons why we need to listen to songs regularly:

1.Decreases pain

Music has a unique ability to reduce pain. However, experts believe that music’s impact on the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that is crucial for happiness and relaxation, may play a role.

In some studies, I have read that during the surgical treatment of spinal, msic played an important role in reducing the pain and it also depends on the people. People who naturally absorb the music and be involved in it, such people are more beneficial.

2.Improves immune functioning

Another great benefit of listening to music is that it can improve the immune functioning. When you listen to music, your body has an increase in immunoglobulin A. This antibody plays an important part in the mucous system and keeps cells healthy. It even reduces the stress-related hormone cortisol, which can lead to a decreased immune response. Listening to choral music leads to reduction of cortisol and that of choir singing positively influences both emotional affect and immune competence. This has a positive impact on emotions, immune system and endocrine parameters during physiotherapy treatment of patients with infectious lung conditions.
